There was nowhere to put my belongings, with no shelves or cabinets, and one light gave off a purple color instead of white. The toilet smelled like cat pee, silverfish were running around, and I couldn’t find a WiFi password. Walking from Schönefeld station was very difficult. The place felt filthy, and I wouldn’t recommend it. LOGINN hotel is one station away and has much better rooms and access.

The entrance is wheelchair accessible, and the staff were friendly. Front desk staff understood and spoke English. Check-in and checkout were easy, and bookings can be made online or onsite. This is the nearest hotel to the airport, though it’s a little far from the bus or metro stop. The compact room has an attached bathroom, and the breakfast lobby is downstairs by reception. The room booking includes washroom amenities only, with no complimentary water or coffee. Free WiFi is available.

My flight from the Middle East was delayed for obvious reasons, so I missed my flight to Berlin. I tried to move the booking to another date on Booking.com, but they refused and charged me for a no-show even though those dates were available. When I called the hotel, they were no help. Life changes sometimes, and their complete lack of flexibility toward a customer is mind-blowing. Greedy people who don’t deserve anything.

We loved our time at this hotel near the airport. The room was clean and comfortable. A special mention for the receptionist, who was so welcoming, friendly, and respectful. He really made our stay even better.

The service was awful, and the staff came across as rude and arrogant. A room usually costs around 80 euros, but when I arrived at the last minute with a problem, they wouldn’t help and wanted to charge me 195 euros. It felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. Avoid this hotel, it’s the worst kind of place.
