We all had a fantastic holiday, including the kids and pets. The staff were friendly and fun, and the rooms were tidy and nice. Having shared bathrooms and showers took a little getting used to. The hotel is up on the mountain, and the crew helped get our luggage up as soon as they could despite all the skiers. Once the lifts close, there’s still a chance to play in the snow with sleds and on short slopes. We’ll definitely try to come back! :)

The food was excellent, and the service was so pleasant. In summer, the terrace has a lovely view. Everything inside and out was kept in great condition. Five stars well earned. I’d have happily ordered another meal, but for now I’ll settle for hoping to visit again :-)

There’s a nice atmosphere and a good-value menu, with some local dishes alongside popular options. It was hard to get the waiters’ attention sometimes. I didn’t try staying here.

The staff were really helpful and friendly. It’s a warm, comfortable ski chalet right on the piste, with basic amenities. I’ll be back.
