We liked the hotel enough to extend our stay as soon as we arrived. The staff were friendly and always helpful, breakfast had lots of great choices, and the rooms were well equipped. The lakeside balcony looked like a nice place to sit and unwind. Pets seem to be welcome. The value for money is great, and we'd definitely stay again. One thing to know is that the hotel currently doesn't serve dinner, so you'll need to eat at a restaurant in one of the nearby villages. The setting is stunning, with a small hotel tucked into pure nature. It's remote and feels disconnected, so don't plan on doing business meetings here. Come to get away from busy cities and noisy places. Nature is the only noise. You can swim in the crystal clear lake, take a free boat ride, walk in the forest around it, ride a bike, use the sauna, or just read and relax. From the first welcome to goodbye, it was an awesome stay.

The only real drawback for me was the weak mobile coverage. The free Wi-Fi is available, though. Staff were welcoming and helpful, but barely spoke English. The hotel sits right in the forest, so it's very peaceful and quiet. There's a lake nearby with a nice seating area around it, and a trail for walking around the lake, though it doesn't give you a nice direct view. Facilities include a bakery, restaurant, BBQ area, spa, and balconies in the rooms.

All you hear is nature here. The lake and forest make for gorgeous scenery, and the place feels wonderfully tranquil. The crew were friendly, and the restaurant and service were a pleasure. A good place to hide away, enjoy the modern sauna, walk through the forest, or swim in the lake.

The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was more than I've ever had at a restaurant. Vegetarians should know there wasn't a single vegetarian dinner, though I guess you could have asked for a meal without meat. The location is great, and you really get a feel for what this thing was.

The main house rooms are elegant and luxurious, making this a lovely choice for couples. It's a beautiful spot in the middle of a magical forest, with a very peaceful atmosphere. We're already looking forward to coming back!
