The nice swimming pool was the one bright spot. We were disappointed from the start because we had to pay much more than the amount originally agreed over the phone, and there was no way to adjust it. They also hadn't provided bed sheets for our child. What really made the stay unpleasant was finding cockroaches in the bathroom. We took photos, and it was unacceptable. We emailed about these problems and never got a reply. With the cockroaches and the lack of response, I can only give one star.

We booked the panorama room and found everything kept to a high standard. The pool was amazing, and before booking we had a couple of issues that the staff answered quickly and very well. A great place, highly recommended.

The terrace was lovely, and the staff at the hotel were friendly. The apartment was laid out very well and felt much larger than 52qm, with generally excellent facilities. A few things were frustrating: the door to the outdoor pool didn't work during our stay, and our room wasn't cleaned or turned over. There were storage lockers but no key or code for them. The one outside switch controls both the toilet and shower room lights, which is an annoying setup. Checkout times were also very rigid and didn't match what was on the website or what we'd agreed by email.

We had a great stay in this wonderful apartment. It's well equipped, in a great location, and has a lovely view.

After a full day on the road, we arrived and were met by rude, unprofessional staff. They made us wait for no clear reason and offered no welcome or information about the hotel or area. Nobody told us where to park or offered to store our luggage while the room was apparently being prepared between 3:30pm and 4pm. Things got more tense during check-in, but they wouldn't let us speak to management. The staff member wouldn't give her name and had no name tag. I've travelled widely and have never been treated with this much disrespect. It was very upsetting.
