Blue Sky-Suite

The team were professional and friendly, which made it an unforgettable experience. They also did a really good job with the video recording.

Our jump was canceled twice in a row, so we can't say anything about the jump itself. The first cancellation was understandable because the weather wasn't ideal. Before the second appointment, they even called the day before to confirm it would go ahead, since there were several of us and some had traveled a long way. Then, just three hours before the jump, it was canceled again because the jump guide was sick. Things like that happen, but it's very disappointing after looking forward to it and putting time into organizing the day. They didn't offer us a new date, and unless you call and ask questions yourself, you get almost no information. The service is inadequate and poorly organized.

From the initial explanation through the jump itself, everything was top-notch for my first tandem skydive today in Schwäbisch Hall. The instructor was especially friendly and competent. I'd gladly do it again. Keep up the great work! 👍

The flight attendant was friendly and competent, and the flight itself was conducted professionally. The organization around it, though, was very disappointing. The organizer couldn't be reached by phone for several days before the jump or on the day, and we waited a very long time without knowing what would happen or when. They'd promised a photo, but the required support strut on the aircraft had accidentally been left out. Nobody apologized for any of the mistakes. I hope the organization improves in the future.
