The rooms are very simple, but the beds and pillows are good. There's no reception desk or room service, which helps keep costs down. The price for what you get is especially reasonable during Stuttgart trade fair periods. I've already stayed here twice.

It's set up like a complete apartment, and there was nobody at the hotel, so I had to call them. I was only able to get a room key. The room itself was fine, but there was no elevator, which makes carrying heavy luggage difficult.

The private balcony was a great touch, and I found the room really comfortable. It was very clean and reasonably priced, with a small fridge. There’s no microwave, but a restaurant and bar right next door. I enjoyed my stay.

Getting in was straightforward, with clear, failsafe instructions. The rooms were clean, and the hotel kept everything simple through helpful messages by SMS, WhatsApp, and email. A well thought out contactless setup. Recommended.

We waited more than an hour for a response from the hotel or Booking, but nobody answered the phone and Booking customer support couldn’t help. The hotel never sent a room key PIN, so we eventually had to go to another hotel. It’s a real shame a place like this can be booked on Booking. Avoid it by a wide margin.
