The owner was very helpful, and the brewery's beer was good too. The rooms have older-style furniture, which gives the place its unique, eclectic feel. The menu was standard German fare, but good.

The beer was delicious! We found this place as a lovely surprise while walking the El Camino. The room was incredible, the service friendly, and dinner fantastic.

The beer garden was such a fun, cozy place to sit. I've been here twice already after reading the reviews. The food was tasty and good value, and the owner was friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend it!

We were on a motorcycle tour and stopped for a drink, so I can't comment on the hotel itself. They couldn't make us a caffè latte because there was no milk in the machine. The courtyard looked quite run-down too. It could really use a gardener and a fresh coat of paint.
