Gästehaus Koch

The apartment was lovely and absolutely spotless, with a kitchen stocked with everything we needed and parking just outside. We especially appreciated how quiet it was, which matters a lot to us. The landlords were incredibly kind and even brought toys for our little daughter. We felt completely at home, had nothing to complain about, and will certainly be back.

That big south-facing balcony has a magnificent view of the Allgäu Alps, and the value for money is excellent. We spent a week at Gästehaus Koch and were happy with everything. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome. The host family was incredibly kind and attentive to what each guest needed. The apartments are cozy and stylish, clearly well thought out, and equipped to a very high standard. Highly recommended!

From the balcony and bedroom of the "Am Malerwinkel" apartment, we could see the mountains. Nearby Rubihorn seemed to call to us each morning and evening :) The place was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. It was peaceful, with fishing only a few minutes’ walk away, and a great base for lots of hikes. We had a wonderful holiday and a really enjoyable time. The hosts were warm and attentive, and a big thank you to Mrs. Koch for the delicious homemade jam :)

Having fresh rolls delivered each day was a real treat. We could enjoy a lovely breakfast on the balcony while looking at the mountains. The well-equipped holiday apartment also made a great base for hikes around the area. Our holiday was pleasant, varied, and relaxing, and the hosts were very friendly and welcoming. We’d love to come back.
