The breakfast buffet was a real highlight, with delicious cold cuts and freshly made fruit salad every morning. We felt comfortable and welcome throughout our stay at Hotel Landhaus Schmid, starting with the warm reception when we arrived. We’ll definitely be back and can wholeheartedly recommend the hotel. Best regards, Hilberath

This was our second visit, and the welcome from the family was just as warm. The food is first-rate, and both breakfast and dinner had everything we could want. Our holiday apartment and the room our grandma stayed in were both great. The funny window notice said, “No gap for the mosquito.” 😁 There’s plenty for kids, including vehicles, a trampoline, climbing wall, and play tower. While they’re busy, adults can relax in the garden or use the fitness room or sauna. Fischen is a lovely place, with lots to discover nearby. Big praise to the Schmid family, who manage to make almost anything possible. Sorry this review is so late. 🙈

We felt comfortable the whole time at this friendly, family-run hotel. The breakfast and dinner options were good, and the price was good value.

Breakfast was generous, and the hotel also prepares a small evening meal for guests. I had a very relaxing, enjoyable stay and felt right at home. The family-run hotel in Weiler near Oberstdorf is clean and very well maintained. I’ll most likely come back.

The rooms are spacious, lovely, and clean, and the breakfast is amazing, with little touches like hand-cut fruit salad. You can tell the team puts care into the details and wants guests to be happy. They were friendly and competent on the phone, too, and gave us a warm welcome. Fantastic all around. Highly recommended!
