We spent one night here in winter and had a great stay, with everything we needed and no real complaints. It's very central but still has a relaxed feel, though I imagine it gets busier in other seasons.

The location is the hotel's strong point. The rooms are average but clean enough. Front desk staff were close to unhelpful, and communicating in English was difficult; they seemed to need a supervisor to sort things out. The booking site mentions a buffet breakfast but doesn't say it costs 20 EUR, which is a lot for an average meal. Fine for a couple of nights, but I wouldn't stay longer.

For one night, the room had a strong cigarette smell as soon as we walked in, and we also found hair on the floor, which made the cleaning seem poor. The bathroom looked dated and wasn't very functional, with little comfort for older guests in particular. We don't think the price matches what you get and won't return. I'm posting this in case it helps someone else decide.

The suite was roomy and comfortable enough, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We got a warm welcome, and the central spot has lovely marina views, with bars and restaurants nearby. That said, the lighting in the suite was poor, the bathroom shower had lots of little black flies, and the toilet was badly stained. The place feels a bit worn and tired.

Breakfast was great, and the beer was nice too. The beds were comfy and there was coffee-making stuff in the room. Only thing missing was an outdoor seating area.
