This hotel was quite an experience. The bathroom is shared, and the room was pretty and nicely furnished. They provide slippers, three towels per person, and bathrobes, but no soap. You can buy some from a vending machine. Getting in was unusual: the key was inside a wall box, and the password arrived by email. Then we had to climb a creepy old staircase by ourselves to reach the room. The bathroom lighting was the biggest letdown. There's no switch, and motion is supposed to turn the lights on, but the sensor worked terribly. It was hard to activate, and the light stayed off most of the time. I showered in the morning while it was already light outside, so I didn't need it. If you plan to shower at night, be ready to do it in the dark. I'd rate it 3/5, but being close to the city center and the Danish ambassy brought it up to 4.

We were very happy with our stay. The hotel was centrally located, clean and spacious, with clear communication and quick replies, and it offered very good value for money. A few things could be better: it felt chilly by the window overnight, so the heating or insulation could use attention. Shampoo or shower gel in the bathroom would have helped, and it would be good to pay by card at the coffee maker and vending machines. The Covid-19 poster on one vending machine recommends contactless payment, even though that machine only takes coins.

The area is lovely, and the town center is no more than a 10-minute walk away. The place is very clean and family-friendly, with everything thoughtfully arranged for guests. We’d happily come back anytime 😊

The rooms are roomy and comfortable, and there are enough bathrooms along the hall. A great concept in a convenient location, with good amenities and a warm welcome for pets.
