When our mc broke down, one of the brothers was so helpful to us. Thanks so much for that 👌👍🎶 It’s a great hotel.

The rooms are spacious and nice, and both dinner and the breakfast buffet were delicious. A beautiful, peaceful spot by the lake.

The staff were friendly, with that typical North German manner. Dinner needs to be ordered in advance, which felt too inflexible for us, so we ate out instead. With a car, there are good alternatives nearby. We spent a long weekend here, and being right on Lake Schwerin is a real highlight. It’s very quiet, too. The room was clean and tidy, with little to complain about, though we felt it could be more functional, for example with a parasol or awning on the balcony and somewhere to put a laptop. Breakfast didn’t meet what we expected from a 4-star hotel. In our experience, that sort of thing is usually available.
