Gasthof Dannerwirt

Breakfast was tasty and there was plenty of it. We also ate dinner at the restaurant, and it was good. The “Swiss Wurstsalat” was nice, though my friend's order got mixed up a little. The room was basic but had what we needed. It was freezing when we arrived, then warmed up after the heating had been on for a couple of hours. The floor sloped across the whole room, which felt rather odd. If you have dietary needs, let them know a few days ahead, for example about gluten free food, and they can cater for you. A typical Bavarian bed and breakfast. We'd stay again.

Really friendly staff, and the food was great. They use local suppliers too.

The housekeepers were among the sweetest women I've ever met, and they were especially kind and caring while my brother was in hospital in Rosenheim. We felt very welcome throughout our stay. When we decided we'd rather have a balcony, they changed our room without any fuss. The front desk and restaurant staff were helpful and accommodating. A lovely hotel to stay at.

Quiet, kind of cozy, and in a handy spot. There's no lift. We got there close to 21:00, just as the kitchen was closing. I couldn't tell if they were trying to help us out or steering us toward certain choices. Either way, the food and beer were good and hit the spot. Breakfast was fine, though it leaned a little too much toward savory options.
