The gala dinner for our crowd was excellent, and the dining room team, led by the very professional Sophie, were fantastic. We had some jet-lagged late arrivals, but the staff were flexible and it was no problem. I was back in Forst on a business trip with a group of Ausländer, mostly from the USA and Spain. The relaxed, friendly atmosphere made it an easy hotel to settle into. Breakfast was always fine: no cooked scrambled eggs or bacon, but the boiled egg, cold cuts, and fruit were great. And that local beer is utterly delicious! Thank you.
