The restaurant was a highlight: the breakfast was WONDERFUL, and I enjoyed the dinner dishes too, salmon pasta one night and rabbit ragout the next. Dinner is costly, though, and there aren’t many other places to eat nearby. I stayed two nights while traveling for work. The front desk staff speak limited English, but everyone was friendly, and my room was clean and comfortable. Wi-Fi was extremely slow at night, though I had no problems in the morning or afternoon. I’d recommend it if you need somewhere to stay in Forst.

The only possible plus was being close to the highway. From start to finish, the stay felt like a nightmare, and I wouldn't return. Nobody spoke English, despite Booking saying they should, so we managed with my poor German before getting our rooms. Then the invoice showed two different prices for two identical rooms. They gave a strange explanation: there were only four of us, not six, so the accommodation cost more. The final price including breakfast was correct, but the breakfast amounts were different. The rooms had no insect screens on the windows and no AC, so you had to put up with the heat or insects. The beds were very bad, and there were mold spots near the shower. The restaurant was overpriced for the quality and the hotel's low standard. The next morning, the elevator was locked, so we had to wait until 6:30 or use the stairs and back entrance.

Handy place to stay while traveling. The front desk spoke fluent English day or night, everyone was very friendly, and breakfast in the morning was fine. Recommended!

Easy to get to and good value for the money. The staff were very friendly, and both the food and service were superb. I’d recommend the hotel to anyone.

The room was comfortable, and the place was nice and quiet. I had an excellent lunch and a fantastic breakfast too. You can hire a bike here.
