The room smelled strongly of cigarettes even though I'd been given a non-smoking single, and the heating barely worked. I left after an hour. The old man at reception was extremely difficult, said nothing was wrong with the room, and charged me the full, exorbitant Frankfurt fair price. Best to avoid this hotel at any cost.

I paid 160 EUR for a room that should be booked at 60 EUR a night. It's clean and near the city center and restaurants, but the 8 sqm room is tiny, the bed is very small, and you can hear everything in the hallway. Wi-fi is poor, and there's only a tiny piece of soap. I don't recommend it for a business trip!

We were happy with everything. The room was clean, we got fresh towels every day, and the wifi worked great. The reception staff greeted us with a smile whenever we came in. Thank you!

The breakfast bar was delicious, and the staff were friendly. Our rooms were clean and tidy, and I liked having a minibar to keep drinks in.

The building and rooms are a bit old, but clean. The price is fair for the location, and wifi is available. You do have to ask reception for it, though. It would be better if the rooms had that information. Good value overall.
