We were traveling with our dog, and the hotel welcomed him in both the room and the building at no extra charge. The staff were friendly and helpful, including when we asked for tea at night and reception brought us a hot pot. The location is central, with a metro line right outside. There's parking under the hotel or in a nearby garage. The art deco style building is beautiful, though our room was in a newer, less attractive part and looked onto an inner courtyard with pigeons. It was quiet, though. We didn't have time to try the rooftop bar and restaurant. Check-in was quick. Recommended!

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and breakfast had a great range of choices. I asked for a top-floor room with a view and got exactly that. My flight arrived early, so I reached the hotel around 10 AM even though check-in was at 2 PM. They kindly let me check in early without any trouble. The location is perfect, with everything I needed in Frankfurt close by.

Breakfast is on the 7th floor, with nice views, and the same space turns into a pleasant rooftop bar in the evening. The hotel has these spotless, really distinctive elevators, too. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was lovely. Location is excellent, just a few minutes on foot from myZeil shopping centre and Frankfurt's main shopping streets.

I felt very welcome here, and the staff were helpful. The room was clean, and the restaurant on the top floor was a favorite of mine. The food was delicious and the view was spectacular. The location is perfect for visiting Frankfurt cathedral and the shopping district. I was really grateful for my stay, 100% satisfied.

The hotel was a good base for seeing lots of things in Munich, and I had a wonderful stay. It was clean, conveniently located, and the staff were friendly and good. The interior felt a little dated, and the room got a bit chilly in the evening, but there wasn't anything to really complain about.
