The staff were the best part of our stay. Everyone was helpful and easy to reach, and one staff member from Croatia deserves special thanks. I can't remember her name, sorry. She did everything she could to make us comfortable, answered questions, chatted politely, and suggested local places to visit. I had a great stay and enjoyed Frankfurt. A few things could make it more comfortable: add international dishes to breakfast, since the current choices may not suit every palate; offer a set dinner menu, as late arrivals currently have to download an app and spend quite a while ordering dinner; and provide basic shaving and dental kits in rooms without a charge, since they're currently paid extras. A small in-room locker would also help keep important documents safe. I wasn't sure whether staff were present overnight for emergencies or other help. I didn't see anyone, though I may simply have been asleep late at night.

Getting into the city is easy: the S-Bahn is a three-minute walk away, runs every 15 minutes, and takes another 15 minutes to reach the center. By car, the highway is five minutes away. Our room was roomy and well heated, the wifi was fast, and breakfast was adequate. There are also a few shops and restaurants within walking distance.

I didn't enjoy this stay. The room and duvets smelled awful, and the place wasn't as clean as other B&B hotels I've stayed at. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, but I found it strange that parking in a disabled space still cost extra. I also wanted to buy breakfast for my two children. My son with special needs is very picky, and toast with chocolate was the only thing there he could eat, yet they charged me the full adult breakfast price for it. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Paying 160 euros for just one night and finding a clogged sink, so I couldn't wash my face, is not acceptable. I won't stay at this hotel again.

The location was convenient, and the rooms were quiet, clean, and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my pleasant stay at B&B Hotel Frankfurt-West. I'd consider coming back and can recommend it to anyone visiting Frankfurt.
