The staff were professional and helpful, and check-in was quick. It’s well placed for the financial district, with easy transport access. We stayed one night and the whole experience impressed me. The room felt spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with a great bed, working air-con, nice lighting, and a good view. Everything felt new and easy to use, and the room had a more premium feel than most Frankfurt business hotels. The hotel’s bold modern look is fun without feeling forced. The lobby, elevators, and hallways all have character, which sets a nice tone. It made a short stay feel special, and I’d choose it again next time I’m in Frankfurt.

The gym, sauna, rooftop bar, and especially the breakfast all went beyond what I expected. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the room had high ceilings and a great range of amenities. The hotel is right beside the convention centre in a secure, convenient area with good shopping. It’s three train stops to the city centre.

The gym was small but useful, and there was a great massage chair in the weights room. I didn’t try the sauna, though it was dry-only. The restaurant food was good and reasonably priced for a hotel. Breakfast had plenty of choice, including an orange juice machine and omelettes, but the coffee wasn’t great. The room was big, with high ceilings, a comfortable bed, and nice views. They weren’t as good as at NH spintower, though I wasn’t facing the skyline. I also found the light switches hard to figure out because they weren’t placed intuitively. The colorful design was interesting, with different colors on each floor, patterned ceilings, and a pretty sink. The leather walls and leather-covered fridge made the room feel quite unique. Overall, I had a good stay.
