For the price, this is a strong choice if you want to get around easily. The S-Bahn is only seconds away, with one stop to the main station, two to the city center and one to Messe Frankfurt. The tram is just as close, and there are plenty of restaurants around the hotel plus a supermarket two minutes away. The room is simple but has everything you need for sleeping. The bathroom and toilet were clean, fresh towels were supplied, and the reception area is a nice shared space. I'd recommend it for convenience and value in Frankfurt.

The conditions here were so neglected and dirty that the place felt little better than a garbage dump. It looked as if nobody had cleaned in months, and I wouldn't stay here if I cared about my health. Most staff were friendly and did what they could while working in those conditions. Alex from reception was another matter. He was a complete idiot, showed no respect for customers, and needs to learn basic customer service. He made fun of a customer paying 10 euros because they couldn't afford a 5-diamond resort. Everyone wants the best value for their money, but this place doesn't offer it. When I confronted him and asked him not to laugh at customers but to treat them respectfully, he became violent. That was unacceptable, and the owners should act against someone who contributes nothing to the organization. I could put up with sleeping in completely unsanitary conditions for 10 euros, but I couldn't tolerate an employee laughing in my face. After the terrible treatment, I left and asked for a 15 euro refund. They refused. It's not about the money, though it seems they badly need it to improve the place. Good luck.

I was very happy with my one-night stay. The location is a big plus for travelers, and I felt completely safe in the cozy, warm female six-bed room. The linen was clean and fresh, and reception service was friendly and polite. I needed to iron my clothes, and they kindly provided an iron. It required a deposit, but I got the full amount back afterward. I'd definitely recommend the hostel.

The rooms are huge and spacious, and the receptionists Shah and Mujahit were exceptionally professional and helpful. Full five stars for them. For the room setup, curtains or veils on each bunk would be a good addition. It would also help to have detergent and a brush for cleaning the toilet and bathroom.
