Hotel Amadeus Frankfurt

I stayed for more than 13 nights, and the experience was generally fine. The staff were welcoming and easy to get along with, and the rooms were clean and spacious. I also liked the voucher incentive for skipping room cleaning, it would be a good program for other hotels to adopt. One thing to fix: during room service, the bedding should be changed instead of just being spread out. And the lunch box wasn't really enough, with more food variety needed for guests who are indoors at lunchtime.

The staff are nice, and the lobby has been partly updated. That's about all I liked. The rooms are dated and most smell of smoke, while the hotel charges as much as nicer downtown places despite being in a shady area. At best, I'd call this a two-star hotel. I wouldn't stay here even if they paid me.

The room was comfortable and had good amenities, and the service was excellent. The location is convenient too, with a good breakfast selection. Superstores, a shopping mall, and public transport are all within a 5-7 minute walk.

The welcome and check-in were very good, with polite, friendly staff. The rooms have an old-fashioned look that some people may find charming, but they need upgrades for comfort. The air conditioning didn't work properly, which made the stay less pleasant, especially in warmer weather. Housekeeping also needs attention, since the replacement towels weren't as clean as I expected. Breakfast options were limited and may not suit guests wanting more variety.
