Juyong made the stay feel special. His professionalism, kindness, and outstanding service helped us feel completely at home, and took the experience to another level. The facilities were in perfect condition, our room was spotless, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Staff were always friendly, attentive, and ready to help. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for its hospitality and excellent service. We’ll definitely return!

We were only there for one night, but the staff made us feel so welcome. Everyone was wonderful, from reception to breakfast and the social hour team. We loved our cute, sophisticated, comfortable room, and as someone picky about pillows, I thought these were excellent. The location was great for walking around and seeing Frankfurt’s sights.

The service was flawless from the little things to the bigger ones. When we mentioned wanting a dinner reservation at their AMAZING restaurant, they called before we arrived to ask where and when. On the way out, they handed us water for the trip. Nobody was hectic or dull, and every person we met on site or over the phone made us feel that having us as guests really mattered. The rooms are dazzling. Cherrywood night desks, textured carpet, leather finishings on the desk, a heavenly bed, and a bathroom like a dream. The color concept is amazing, and the photos don’t do it justice. Everything is brand new. You can smell the wood from the walls when you get off the elevator on your floor. Breakfast has a high-quality selection, though it isn’t the most extensive, and there are some à-la-carte options. Lots of boutique and five-star hotels are nice, but not many are true WOW-jaw-drop places that deliver such a genuine, memorable experience. Go see for yourself.

Everything worked in the modern, comfortable rooms, and the views around Frankfurt from them were cool. The staff were attentive and responsive, which I find charming when that’s the standard. Service was warm and courteous from check-in through check-out. LOIC deserves a special mention. This is a relatively new hotel in Frankfurt, and I’d highly recommend it as good value for money.
