Nizza

That little terrace out back is a lovely place to sit quietly, especially if you smoke or just want some time alone. The center of Frankfurt can feel a bit overwhelming, but Nizza has its own charm right in the middle of it. The atmosphere, facilities and service all feel distinctive. It’s not on Booking.com, and honestly, that suits it. What a special place.

Watching people have breakfast in the morning felt like a scene from an old movie. This artistic hotel seems full of stories, and the staff were very kind and flexible about our luggage and early check-in. It’s close to the riverside and easy to reach from the central station. :-)

We were in town for an event at DFF and really enjoyed our stay. The staff were lovely and helpful, and the rooms were bright, clean and spacious, with art-themed decor and comfortable beds. DFF is about an 8-10 minute walk away, and the main train station is around five minutes on foot. There are plenty of restaurants nearby too. We skipped breakfast, though we saw other guests choosing it. My one suggestion would be to add automated entry to the building. We’d recommend the place.

The room was a pleasant surprise for an affordable one-night stop near the train station. It felt spacious, clean and homey, and everyone on staff was kind and accommodating. I first booked without breakfast, then changed my mind after seeing the spread. You can walk to the main station, and the rest of the city is easy to get to as well. The red light streets are nearby, but I still felt safe walking around at night.
