We picked this hotel because it was close to the US Consulate, and we'd stay again. In August 2025, we had an executive room with extra space for a baby bed for our newborn twins. The staff were friendly, especially the father-son team in the restaurant, and breakfast had an excellent range of choices. Parking was the downside: it cost 19€ and the garage is fairly small. There was no free outdoor parking when we arrived.

The hotel is in a quiet spot, and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was plentiful. I was very satisfied, simply superb.

The room was clean and quiet, with very comfortable pillows and a bed that made for a good night's sleep. Facilities are very good, especially if you're travelling for business, with easy highway access and the U.S. embassy nearby. Breakfast was good, but they start clearing everything right at closing time, even the water, so arrive early. The service left me disappointed. The front desk seemed annoyed by questions and didn't feel welcoming. As a loyalty member, I wasn't given the free upgrade I was eligible for, and they didn't help book my points. The welcome glass of champagne listed in my reservation never arrived either. For two people, one small travel-size shampoo bottle was nowhere near enough, especially for someone with long hair. I couldn't properly wash my hair. I'd give the staff just 1 star.

The breakfast is perfect, with a plentiful and varied selection. I've been lucky enough to stay twice, and both times we got a kind welcome and comfortable, well-equipped rooms. The hotel restaurant is a little treasure, serving substantial, great meals, with a show kitchen and excellent draft beers. It was a lovely surprise to find that the old traditional German restaurant opposite belongs to the hotel too. We had fantastic meals there as well. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for good, affordable accommodation in Frankfurt.

Getting into the city center was easy, with bus and tram stops close by. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the hotel was spotless, from the rooms and showers to the very comfortable beds. Breakfast had plenty of variety and good-quality food. We had a wonderful stay in Frankfurt and will definitely come back.
