Best Western Hotel Airport Frankfurt

I was only sorry my schedule kept me from spending more time in the room. I stayed nine nights and would definitely recommend it for a longer visit. The room was spacious, with a big window that was lovely on sunny days, a comfortable bed, a good-sized bath and a kitchenette I barely used. Reception is available around the clock and the service was top class. There's a Rewe nearby, and the hotel restaurant serves food late, which was a big plus. Gateway gardens S bahn station is a five-minute walk, with an easy ride into the city.

I keep coming back and usually book the top staging apartment with its kitchen. It's always clean and has plenty of cooking gear for heating things up and more. Breakfast is wonderful, running from 5 to 10 a.m. The front desk is finally faster after the staff change, which I appreciate. Still, one morning I had to wait while the young guy at reception went to the breakfast room to get his own food before breakfast ended. That felt unprofessional, and I wasn't happy.

We were glad to be outside central Frankfurt, which didn't impress us much, and Heidelberg was only about an hour and ten minutes away by car. For an airport hotel, it was quiet in our room with the windows shut, and the airport is just one S-Bahn stop away on the S8 or S9. The train station is a two- to three-minute walk, and there's a short walk to a pretty good Italian restaurant, then a grocery store beyond it. Our room had a small kitchenette, which was handy. We skipped the 20 Euro breakfast buffet, though that price wasn't bad. The hotel was new, with modern rooms, and the staff were very helpful. We'd stay again.

Just one S-Bahn stop from Frankfurt airport, this was a convenient place to take a break. The building is brand new and the room came with a full kitchenette: microwave, induction plate, dishwasher, coffee maker, pots and pans, glasses and cutlery. I also liked the restaurant's international food, and breakfast was fresh and filling.
