B&B Hotel Frankfurt-Nord

I've used this hotel regularly for work, but over the past few months the quality has kept getting worse. It's noisy, dirty, and smells bad. They now skip room cleaning unless you stay more than three days. On my last visit I stayed four days and had notified them, but the room still wasn't cleaned. My whole team has decided to stop booking here and choose somewhere else that meets the basic need to rest in a clean place.

A decent budget hotel, with a generally clean room and a hot shower. If you arrive late, check-in at the machine can take a while. One small request: please clean the TV remote controls too.

The prices are reasonable, the internet works very well, and the location suited my meetings. McDonald's nearby is open around the clock, while ALDI, REWE, and LIDL are all within walking distance. It would have been even better if parking were included.

We came in late after booking our room through hotels.com, but the B&B and hotels.com systems didn't connect properly. We spent an hour trying to get inside and reach either B&B or hotels.com, without success, and had to book another room. The first booking was never refunded, so we paid double. We chose B&B specifically for the affordable price and late check-in option, but when the system fails it makes for a really poor choice.
