Landgasthof Goldener Pflug

We were put in a room at the back of Landguesthof Goldener Pflug, Frasdorf. It was very clean and well kept, but got uncomfortably warm. Opening the balcony door and window for cooler air let in so many mosquitos that we spent most of the night trying, unsuccessfully, to kill them. Maybe a room at the front would have fewer. It made for a pretty unpleasant overnight. The hotel and restaurant are off the main highway in a nice countryside setting. The restaurant, though, was wonderful. Dinner was perfect, and I'd highly recommend it.

A great place to stay, with very clean, decent rooms that have a large TV and balcony. The location is good, parking is plentiful, and there’s a beer vending machine. Breakfast was delicious in a large dining room with wooden tables and a typical Bavarian feel. Try to arrive on time at night, though. If you're late, you should be ready to speak German to get along with the hosts.

Good food and a nice atmosphere. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were great. The rooms stayed very warm even after I turned off the heating. Also, a church in the village rings every 15 minutes, which could be a problem if you're a light sleeper or have trouble falling asleep.

The restaurant food was tasty and good quality, and the service staff were really friendly. They went out of their way to make a great day feel special. We booked two double rooms together, and they were very accommodating.
