The stay itself was okay, but the parking charge felt unfair. Agoda clearly says parking is free, and the listing still says that, yet we were charged for it. The fees really need to be more transparent.

We were happy to be able to bring our big dog, and the rooms were clean with enough space. Parking at the hotel costs 5 euros per night. For getting into the city, we found it easiest and probably cheapest to use a nearby P+R and take the tram. There isn't much around the hotel, so it works well for a short stay. The hotel itself was nice.

A good stop for the night when travelling on to Cologne city centre or farther into Germany. It's just off the autobahn, with fast food places nearby. Every parking spot was taken because the hotel was so busy, yet it was noticeably quiet inside. Even with the autobahn beside it, we didn't hear traffic.

Friendly enough service, and it does the job. There's no kettle in the room, and they don't hold luggage either.

The noise made the stay especially rough: a group of teenagers played music and shouted until 2am. You can hear people talking or playing music from neighboring rooms and the corridor because the rooms aren't soundproof. The family room was very cramped, and it was awkward for more than one person to move around. The bathroom was particularly small too.
