For a two-night business stay, the modern, seemingly newly built hotel was a good choice. The room was very cozy, with new, functional furnishings and a comfortable bed. It was impeccably clean, breakfast was excellent, and the shower had plenty of very hot water. One issue was privacy: there are no curtains, so you have to lower the electric shutters all the way. The heating in both the room and bathroom wasn’t very efficient, perhaps because there was air in the system. Apart from that, I’d definitely recommend the hotel.

Their response to this rating has been poor too. When we called to cancel our reservations on separate occasions, they told us they would not charge us because they understood we had booked the wrong location. We wouldn’t be writing this review if they’d said on those calls that we wouldn’t get a refund. They clearly confirmed there would be no charges, then went back on their word and charged us for cancelling. That’s what they don’t seem to understand. The service was completely poor because they lied. Do not book or stay here. If I could give zero stars, I would.

My stay at this hostel was awful and uncomfortable. I’ve never felt so randomly mistreated. A hostel is supposed to welcome foreigners and all kinds of people, and this kind of thing shouldn’t happen in a place like that.

We needed to change a date, but couldn’t get it confirmed because nobody seemed to staff reception. They also gave no check-in details, so good luck if you arrive without speaking to them. That left us having to book through booking.com, which gave us two bookings. They then refused to refund us, even though we only used booking.com because they wouldn’t confirm the change to our original booking. The owners were rude, lied, and gave me the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, anywhere. If you need somewhere to crash in the area, sleep in your car and save yourself the hassle. They’d get zero stars from me if that were an option.
