The biggest concern was reception being open only in the mornings. If there’s an emergency or you need something, that may be an issue since no one answers the phone number they give you. Otherwise, I’d recommend the place. My single room was fine, with a large bed and a small TV. The bathroom had plenty of space, though the shower was quite small. Breakfast was very good and typical German.

A very nice place, close to lots of points of interest. The reception was pleasant, and the coworker was really friendly.

The studio was modern, clean and had everything we needed, and the beds were comfortable. The shower had good pressure too, which makes a difference. It’s a convenient location and quiet at night, and checking in and communicating with the hotel went smoothly. They even agreed to mail our charger after we left it behind, which we really appreciated. The only thing keeping this from five stars was the WiFi, which didn’t work at all during our Sunday and Ferientag stay. That meant Netflix on the TV was out, and the hotel apologized for the inconvenience.

The family staff were pleasant, and breakfast was great. This cozy hotel is in the old part of Silver Town Freiberg, which has both a tourist and business feel. Its location works well for getting to good restaurants and the highway. I fully recommend it.
