The location felt safe and secure, and I liked looking out onto the street. Staff were super helpful and friendly, the room was clean, and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was fantastic, especially for someone like me who likes cheese, and the coffee was good too. It was all really well-priced. There’s even a vending machine with Freiberger beer, which is excellent. WiFi worked well downstairs but was patchy in my room. I’d happily return.

The staff were lovely and ready to help, and the hotel is right in the center of Freiberg. I liked the room renovations, especially the bathroom. The breakfast was decent, with enough choice for me, though it wasn’t especially varied. I booked a double room with two beds together but only had blankets for one bed. There’s a tiny parking lot, if you’re lucky enough to get a spot. I’d consider staying here on my next visit.

Dear Guest, We’re glad to let you know that we took over the Hotel from the previous owner in March 2013, following your comment about your stay three years ago. We’re refurbishing and renovating the rooms gradually, and would be happy to welcome you back and show you what we’ve done. Best regards, Anne Nickerl Hotel Manager
