The service was terrible. When I arrived, nobody was there to help me. I called the owner and got no response, then asked the restaurant staff to call her, but there was still no response. Poor service. Terrible!

The location was good, and the furnishings matched what we expected. The beds were more comfortable than I’d thought, but there were several problems. We booked a double room and got twin beds, and at that price other guesthouses include breakfast. The sheets had grease stains, there were no bath towels, and the toilet hadn’t been cleaned well. Water drained so poorly that we had to be careful not to slip getting out of the shower. There wasn’t a hairdryer in the bathroom either. It felt like the place was just trying to make a quick buck.

The building is beautifully located, very central and right in the city centre. Unfortunately, the cleanliness wasn’t up to the standard you’d expect for the price. The beds seemed to be at the end of their lifespan, so we left the next day in pain. There was no understanding about it. Vacuuming and changing the linens aren’t enough to run an apartment on their own. It’s a shame, but good luck!

The landlady was lovely, and everything was quick and uncomplicated. The accommodation is right in the old town, and it stayed very nice and cool during the height of summer.
