The staff were pleasant, and breakfast was good, though not quite up to the standard of other nearby hotels. My room was dated but comfortable, with wallpaper peeling away from the walls. The Wi-Fi was very slow and sometimes wouldn’t connect, and the shower kept changing temperature, so using it was an adventure. I think the hotel could be better with some investment.

The staff were friendly and spoke English very well, which helped me. Breakfast was very good, and the room was clean with a pleasantly comfortable mattress. The bathtub was so inviting that it inspired me to buy bath salts and take a soak.

It’s about a 10-minute walk to the center, so the location is ideal. The building and rooms are extremely elegant, and the hostess is sweet and friendly.

The owners left before I’d even used the place, though I’d paid everything. When I tried to speak with the owner, she yelled at me. There was construction under my window that woke me at 7:00 in the morning, and the house was very old. On top of that, the bed was tiny.
