The room felt neglected and uninviting, with a bare concrete wall and one crooked picture. I suspect there may have been mold in the ceiling corners, though it could just have been poor paintwork. The room started at 16°C and only reached 20.5°C after about a day and a half of constant heating. The bathroom had no heat either, so it was freezing. The shared kitchen listed in the description is really an unheated anteroom used by all three rooms. There was only ONE free outlet, which isn't great for a twin room. There wasn't even a trash can in the room, and the TV didn't work. The shower was grimy, with mold around the edges, and I wouldn't use it for fear of athlete's foot or another skin problem. Its drain barely worked, and a bath towel in front of the shower was the only thing stopping the bathroom from flooding. Limescale had jammed the temperature control so badly I couldn't adjust it with wet hands. Warm water from the tap took about 30-40 seconds. The hygiene bin was still full from the previous guests. The toothbrush holder seemed completely germ-ridden, and I worried about herpes or something similar. Greasy marks on the bathroom door showed up at the right angle. One drawer had mold or stained liquid in it, just disgusting. That's what stood out during my two-night stay.

We'd book again. It's affordable, clean, and very quiet, with no noise at all. The rooms are simply furnished and were really cold when we arrived. We turned up the heating, but it took a long time to warm the room.

There was plenty of space in the brightly decorated room. The bathroom felt like a cold storage room, though it became more bearable after a few minutes. The area is a great fit for nature lovers and walkers like me. Tegut supermarket is around a 10-minute walk away, and the bus stop is about 2 minutes away.

The family who owned the place always made an effort to pamper me, and I had a great time. It's ideal for relaxing and enjoying nature. My room was clean and well-maintained.
