The rooms are nice, with a good-sized bathroom, and checking in after reception closes is easy using the machine just inside the first doors. It’s a decent place to stay, but there are people in nearby buildings making noise outside all the time. There’s no restaurant or bar for the evening, and the Wi-Fi is painfully slow or sometimes gone altogether. Phone reception seems blocked by the building too, so you can end up with no connection in your room.

Everything was good, breakfast included. We paid 100 Euro for a room for our family of four over the weekend, which was perfect. During the Easter school holiday, though, the weekday price doubled.

For nearly 200 EUR a night, the breakfast was rubbish, and the facilities felt old. There was no hand soap or shower gel. When I asked reception for shower gel, they gave me shampoo instead. Part of the curtain was missing, as was one bedside light bulb.

We really enjoyed our stay. The family accommodation had two separate rooms, which worked perfectly for us, and the hotel is in a quiet area not far from shopping or the exhibition grounds. The staff were very friendly and did what they could to meet our requests. It would be great to have a safe in each room, though. Thanks!

The single room was awful: tiny, with worn-out old furniture and broken equipment. There’s no restaurant, so this should really be classed as a B&B. For what they offer, it’s far too expensive. Nearby, the only dinner choices seemed to be very expensive restaurants or takeaways, with no normal places to eat.
