From the outside, the apartment doesn’t look like much, but inside it was so clean and had a well-stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable, and it had the best sofa bed I’ve ever slept on. The host was responsive. Simple and just right for our weekend at beautiful Bodensee, with a great short distance to all the things to see in Friedrichshafen.

The leafy courtyard was a lovely surprise, a relaxing place for the evening or breakfast in the morning. This guest house is also really convenient for getting around, close to the bus and train stations, an easy walk into town, and quick access to the Messe, which suited my business trip. Karl was a gracious host with loads of local knowledge and made sure I knew where things were and how to get there. He went out of his way to arrange whatever I needed, which made the stay stress-free and enjoyable. Whether you’re traveling for work or with family or friends, you’ll be well looked after here. Highly recommended.

Dinner in the bunker was a real highlight. Our apartment at Haus Pia Serviced Apartments was cosy and only a few minutes from the lake, and the owners were consistently welcoming, friendly, and ready to help. A fantastic stay, highly recommended.

We found the house old and cold, and the heater wasn't working. The owner came into our room without warning, blamed us for things that were broken, charged an unreasonable amount, and kept the 100 deposit without refunding it. The local police came about this, and we filed a report. Definitely would not recommend.
