ibis Friedrichshafen Airport Messe

The first room was really dirty, with spider webs everywhere, ladybugs, hair, and spiders. The second was cleaner, but the bathroom smelled really bad, and the toilet paper and tissues hadn't been refilled. I ran out of both. There were still hairs, and one night I woke because ladybugs had landed on me. I stayed for a week. The staff were nice, but I won't stay there again. There aren't any shops nearby, and there may be one restaurant, though food can be ordered.

Our double room had a sofa bed and was a reasonable size. The hotel is right by Friedrichshafen Airport, but I found the area quiet. Breakfast was included and had a range of different foods. Because of the environment, rooms aren't cleaned every day, though you can request cleaning if you want it.

The hotel is in a convenient location and stays true to the Ibis brand's hospitality. Breakfast was good, but dinner options were very limited. The nearby LSC restaurant was the only option, so it makes sense to eat elsewhere before returning to rest. The price was hefty during our stay because fairs were taking place in the area.

Parking was 7 euros a night, which makes sense given the paid airport parking lots nearby. The hotel has a good restaurant and bar, done in a restrained but stylish way. Rooms were spacious, with good beds, air conditioning, and proper equipment, and Wi-Fi was free. It's right next to the airport, and some rooms overlook the runway and platform, but there are no flights between 21:00 and 07:00, so noise isn't a problem. The hotel was very clean, well maintained, and properly equipped.
