10/10
The apartment was a great place to spend a weekend. It’s right by the lake and very central, with modern, high-end furnishings that feel carefully chosen. The technology is up to date, and it’s clear they didn’t cut corners on the fit-out. The landlord provided excellent service, and dogs are genuinely welcome. We’d happily come back. Keep it up!

6/10
The apartment is spacious, with everything needed and plenty of room for our group to sit together. The furnishings are modern and high quality, though they don’t feel especially suited to a holiday apartment. We were six people in a place set up for eight, but the bathroom had too little storage. The smart home controls run through Homematic IP. Some switches often failed to respond, and it wasn’t clear what each one controlled. The heating didn’t behave as expected either. The movable camera in the entrance made us uncomfortable. For data protection, shouldn’t there be a notice that the area is under surveillance? Cleanliness was very disappointing, especially given the €109.00 cleaning fee. Our ratings were: amenities five stars, location four, cleanliness one, exterior impression three, and value for money three.
