The garden was the worst part, neglected and filthy, with broken furniture dumped in a corner. Dirt was everywhere, including on all the upholstered furniture, and the barbecue area was grimy with obvious traces of the previous guests. We know a little dirt can turn up after winter, but it was clear nothing had been done here. Inside, there were cobwebs all over and dirty floors. There was both human and animal hair in the beds. Tiles were broken in several places, creating a risk of injury for children and animals. We ended up having to get out a broom, cloths and disinfectant on the day we arrived, which says a lot about how poorly the owners had looked after the place. This holiday home has a lot of potential if it were maintained properly, but as things stand, it was a complete disaster and a huge disappointment. Best regards, Köhler

The terrace and little garden were a real bonus, and they even had basic things for our four-legged friends. We felt very comfortable there. Everything we needed was provided, and we'd definitely book this place again if we're back in the area.

There was room to park two cars, and the contact was friendly. Inside, the apartment was large, clean and well equipped, with a baby cot in the bedroom and a separate children's room with a TV. Check-in was straightforward, and getting back a mixing bowl we accidentally took was just as easy. Everything went smoothly.

The place itself is beautiful, and once the construction is finished in fall 2025, the new beach should be lovely in good weather. But we left after just two days because staying longer in the house felt unreasonable. There were loose floor tiles, missing pieces, stains and dirt on the walls, and leftovers from previous guests. Before the high chair and other items could even be used, we had to clean them thoroughly. Upstairs, there was mold in the bathroom. The carpets had big stains, and the railing was extremely loose and didn't feel safe. With a small child, I felt the risk of injury was too high.

Check-in went smoothly, and we could park right outside the apartment. It was a cozy, clean and roomy place, with a fireplace that made the atmosphere especially pleasant.
