We’ve stayed at Fachwerk 44 four times this year, once in every season, and keep finding reasons to return. The quiet setting, garden, and surrounding nature are lovely year-round, from spring’s new growth to the calm winter days. The hosts are warm and attentive to both adults and children. Our toddler is always greeted with a little treat, and there’s a high chair with table and suitable bedding. The apartment has thoughtful details, with useful little improvements to comfort each time we visit. You can also buy organic breakfast eggs from the family’s own chickens. We always feel well looked after here, and highly recommend it.

The fresh eggs from the hosts’ own chickens were a lovely breakfast option. We stayed with our two young children and felt completely at home thanks to the Heil family’s hospitality. The apartment was spotless, fantastic, and very well equipped. We’d love to come back.

A quiet, well-kept holiday apartment, and the landlords were very friendly. Really recommend it.

The landlords were easy to deal with and very accommodating, and we had plenty of room as a family with two small children. The apartment felt cozy and welcoming, with thoughtful furnishings and excellent kitchen and bathroom amenities. Everything was spotless. The bathroom is just around the corner rather than directly inside the apartment, which is a small drawback, though it didn’t bother us. We’d definitely stay again.

It was a really relaxing stay in peaceful, beautiful surroundings, and a larger town is easy to reach if you need one. The apartment looked just like the photos, was pretty, clean, well cared for, and lovingly furnished. The hosts were very friendly, we felt comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked well. We can wholeheartedly recommend it.
