We only stayed one night, but I'd happily come back. The old building has been renovated with good taste, and its quirky character is lovely. Our room was spacious and very clean, and the shared kitchen downstairs was gorgeous. We also enjoyed sitting in the garden in the sunshine. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, where we had a meal and, of course, gelato. Thanks for having us.

The garden, with flowers and little magical creatures, gives the place a bit of a fairy-tale feel. The rooms were colourful, clean, and very nice, and the location is convenient too.

We'd been trying to find a campsite, but everything was full, so we got lucky and booked here. Our room was big enough, with a king-size bed and three bunks. We hadn't realized the bunks were stacked three high, which made getting in and out an interesting challenge for us oldies, and gave us a good laugh watching each other. There was a kettle but no tea or coffee supplies, though we had brought some. The town centre is about 350 yards away, and we happened to arrive on a festival day when it was buzzing. The young receptionist could smile a bit more. Still, it was a good stay.

The bus station is only a five-minute walk away, and it's easy to get to everything in Füssen from the hotel. We had a second-floor room with a balcony and an amazing mountain view, though that view isn't available from every room. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was nice. There's no AC, as the hotel's website says, but open windows brought in a pleasant breeze. It was quiet outside, and we really enjoyed our stay. We'd definitely return.
