Landhaus Seehof

A lovely green setting near the lake, with a fresh smell and feel to it. It’s close to Füssen while still surrounded by nature. The staff were helpful and friendly, everything was clean, and breakfast was good. The location was perfect.

We really enjoyed the friendly, family-like atmosphere at Landhaus Seehof, and the focus on quality and environmental awareness was clear. Mrs. Ebenhoch and her sister made us feel very comfortable, and we’d like to thank them for such a pleasant stay. We stayed in the See district of Weißensee from May 17th to 28th, and found it an ideal base for driving to destinations throughout the Allgäu and Tyrol. There was a bus connection too, though we didn’t use it. Breakfast was a highlight, beautifully laid out and full of high-quality choices. There were different rolls and jams, including homemade ones, freshly cooked eggs made just how you like them, about five kinds of cold cuts with some changing daily, cheese, three yogurts, vegetables, chocolate-covered marshmallows, plus coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and juices. Everything was served incredibly quickly. The only downside was that the dining room coffee machine was rather noisy. Mrs. Ebenhoch gave us a friendly welcome, and we could go straight to our first-floor room. It was clean and spacious, with a huge bed, flat-screen TV, wardrobe, table, and a large sofa that unfolded into another bed. The bathroom had a window and was smaller than the room, but adequate. From the balcony there was a lovely view of Weißensee and the nearby mountains. There was parking right by the house. Near reception, a small open room had a coffee machine, a fridge stocked with drinks, sweets, and games. You could write down what you took and pay at checkout. We’d love to come back.
