The staff were really nice. Before arriving, I was concerned about self check-in and getting into the parking area after 10 PM. I emailed my questions and got a quick reply with clear, helpful answers. When I got there, the staff gave me a warm welcome. I had an issue with one of the room facilities later that night, and after I emailed them, someone came to fix it the next day. They also helped translate over the phone when I was having trouble communicating in German with a food delivery service. These were different staff members, and every one was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. I was really impressed with their hospitality and service. Thank you.

We found the self check-in useful since we arrived late. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and it was a convenient stopover, easy to reach from the autobahn and a comfortable walk into the centre of Town for a quick look. My only criticism was the strong smell as soon as I entered the room. Maybe it was some kind of cleaning fluid. It wasn't altogether unpleasant, but I felt I had to open the windows to air it out. Thankfully, they opened.

The staff were friendly, and breakfast had lots of good choices, both sweet and salty. Our room was big enough, the bed was comfortable, and we didn't hear noise from outside. The hotel is very nice and just a few minutes' walk from the city centre. We came to Fulda by motorbike and had no trouble parking just under the hotel.

Clean and tidy, with a modern touch. A few changes could bring it up to 5 stars. The room gets bright in the morning even with the thin green curtains closed, so thicker curtains or a double layer would help. The breakfast buffet could have more food choices. We also had trouble with the digital check-in and spent a long time on the phone trying to get our access codes. Having a receptionist on the night shift would be good.
