Modern-One Apartments Fulda

A place for people who value quality.

The landlords were so friendly and helpful, and easy to reach from our first message right through to leaving. We stayed in the ground-floor apartment for a weekend and all loved it. It's modern, fantastic, clean, and really well-equipped, with parking right outside. We'd happily stay again.

Edeka is just a two-minute walk away, and the whole neighborhood is new and thoughtfully laid out. The location is quiet near the fields, though Fulda's center is a bit far on foot, about ten minutes by car. We stayed in the first-floor apartment, which was very clean, with huge bedrooms, two bathrooms, a guest toilet, and an extra single room. Its kitchen is beside the dining area and well-equipped. The top-floor apartment felt brighter and more welcoming, with a great kitchen and a lovely balcony view. We didn't spot any restaurants within walking distance, though we hadn't really looked.

Shops for breakfast were close by, and the distance into town worked well. The ground-floor apartment had loads of room for everyone and a terrace where we could sit comfortably even in light rain, enjoying the lovely setting. In the evenings, some air conditioning or fans would help keep air moving without letting mosquitoes or other bugs in. A net on the terrace door could be another option. Small suggestions, though, we had a truly excellent stay.
