The rooms are nicely decorated, but the old office-building windows are awful. On Sunday at 6 AM, it felt as if a line of construction vehicles was passing through my room. The Christmas Market preparations start that early, and the windows do a poor job of blocking the noise. Guests should be told about this, especially at Christmas, and should ask for a room at the back rather than facing the market. I told the staff they should mention it on the website or warn guests ahead of time. They showed no empathy and only said I shouldn’t book through booking.com or should have paid for a more expensive room.

A pleasant atmosphere, clean rooms, and fair prices. This is an excellent hotel.

The staff were friendly and helpful, but I had a bad stay. The windows aren’t insulated, so cold air comes in, and the nighttime noise is unacceptable. On Thursday evenings the hotel bar turns into a disco, and the sound carries into the rooms very loudly.

I stayed two nights on a work trip. The hotel is right in the center, with beautiful rooms, a lovely bathroom, and cleanliness everywhere. The staff were perfect, and the bar lounge had a great mixed-drink selection. Parking at the hotel is limited, but luckily there are plenty of other parking garages nearby.

The hotel is about 7 km from the motorway. The room was spacious and clean, and the hallways were neat too. The pool area was large, with sun loungers. On the downside, the toilet on the way to the pool smelled like vomit and feces mixed together. Breakfast was a little boring, with only a small selection of vegetables, and there was no shampoo in the shower, so bring your own.
