The heating wouldn't go above 21°C and felt too weak, especially with children in the apartment. We only got three towels for our six-day stay. When the alarm went off because of other guests, we were on the 7th floor and had to run down with our two children, aged 1 and 3. They were terrified, and the whole thing was stressful and unacceptable for a place that should be family-friendly. The apartment was dirty too. The sheets and floor were unclean, there was visible dirt under the bed, and we found hair on the bed. The host showed little understanding and offered just a 10% discount for one night, even though the stay was ruined and our kids were clearly distressed. We found the apartment very disappointing, wouldn't recommend it, and don't think it's suitable for families with children. Rate: 0/5.

Our room had a fully equipped kitchenette and plenty of space, so it would work well for either a quick trip or a longer stay. Everything felt new and quite luxurious. Even though a popular kebab shop was right outside our window on a busy street, we didn't hear any noise with the window shut. The location was great.

We paid around 65€ for one night without breakfast, which felt quite cheap. The hotel is right in the city center, so it's easy to walk to the nearby restaurants. Our room was quiet, with a comfortable bed and ventilation. The shower was large, and so was the bathroom. There was a topper on the mattresses. Laundry in the basement was freely accessible.

A nice place in a good spot, with thoughtful extras like shower soap, free tea and coffee, a hairdryer, and an extension cord. We did run into a few issues: the A/C only allowed 19.7-20.3 °C, which felt a bit cold, and the TV's standby light shone right at us in bed, so we unplugged it. The toilet also took 2-4 flushes to work properly.

We felt really comfortable in this beautifully furnished suite and were very satisfied. It had all the amenities we needed, including air conditioning, towels, linens, an elevator, and underground parking. The location beside the Bermuda Triangle was superb, and traffic was barely audible indoors.
