Ferienanlage Am Sidowsee

There was plenty of outdoor seating for our group, but with the bad weather we needed more covered spots. We knew about that in advance, so we made do with a gazebo. The only covered terrace was a little neglected and hadn't been cleaned. We stayed across all five bungalows as a group. They're not especially spacious, but adequate, and everything was clean. The owners communicated excellently. Despite the weather issue, it was a successful stay in a beautiful setting.

It's expensive, and the apartment had ants, which you have to be okay with. We were here as a couple with our dog, and found the accommodation okay if you don't expect too much. There is lake access, plus three rowboats, though their oars don't work.

We had a restful, relaxing stay in this quiet, fenced property on the edge of Himmelpfort. There are five bungalows, each with its own bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and barbecue. Boats are available for the nearby lake, and there's also a small playground and ping-pong table. The bus stop is an 8-minute walk away.

The bungalow was perfectly adequate for four, and we were very satisfied with our stay. It's a lovely, idyllic resort surrounded by three lakes, with plenty of activities nearby. The owner was excellent to deal with by phone and email, and the on-site contact was helpful and friendly whenever we had questions or problems. There's a grill and three boats with their own docks. It would be nice if they provided life jackets. We'd happily return.
