We came across this place by chance and got to watch the fish being smoked and prepared. The salmon was incredible, and the staff were very friendly, especially the fisherman and his daughter, who told us a lot about the lake and its native fish. The view of the lake and fishing boats was stunning, and we felt genuinely welcome. A really memorable cultural experience.

The staff were super rude. We asked for a table, and the waitress loudly said, “No!” without even looking at us, then ignored us.

I can confirm the bad reviews. When we arrived, many tables appeared to be reserved, and we were told there was nothing free. By chance, we came back later, saw a group leaving, and took their table. Then we realized none of the tables had actually been reserved. It seemed they were given to guests the staff "like". I wonder what criteria they use to choose who gets a table. The food was okay, but I can't encourage this behavior. Go somewhere else.

Even with several empty tables, we were rudely turned away after we'd already been seated. Maybe two people just didn't seem like enough money for them to make.
