The booking system and communication were extremely unprofessional. It was too expensive, and the staff were very rude.

It's very close to the train station, and the hotel and room were clean and tidy. My room was small, with an even tinier but cleverly laid-out bathroom and a rain shower. There was an elevator and free Wi-Fi, and the key safe worked well for someone like me who likes arriving at night ;-) We'd planned to eat breakfast at 7:00 a.m., but nobody was there yet, so we went to the bakery.

Breakfast was fine, the Wi-Fi was free and had a good enough signal, and the staff were very friendly. I was in the area for work and stayed one night. My room was clean and in good shape, and although it faced the street, it was quiet. Since the hotel restaurant is closed on Mondays, they recommended another place when I asked.

The rooms were very clean and reasonably priced, and breakfast was generous and delicious. The owners were extremely friendly, as were the people serving breakfast. I highly recommend Hotel (Garni) Hohenbogen.
