Even though the campsite was full, they found room for my tent when I arrived late on my motorcycle. After the kitchen had closed, they still made me a tasty ham-and-sauerkraut meal. The staff were lovely and friendly. It's a family-run hotel and campsite near the Czech border, surrounded by forests and hills, with great options for hiking, biking, and motorcycling. I highly recommend it!

It’s incredibly quiet, tucked between fields and forest, and the country hotel has a fantastic location. Breakfast is generous and varied, with gluten-free rolls available if you ask. The food was excellent, too. The couple running the place were very friendly and attentive, and the service left nothing to be desired. Thanks for that!

The owners were so friendly, and the food was delicious. We stayed at the hotel’s campervan site and felt right at home. It had everything we needed, and we can wholeheartedly recommend this lovely spot. Thank you so much!

The little campsite next door was very clean, and we were able to bring our dog, with treats included. We took an 8 km drive through the woods to the Czech Republic. Our short break was in a lovely room with a fantastic view, and the hosts were wonderful. The food was excellent, and the Waldesruh schnapps was divine. Highly recommended.
